MRSC offers competitive swim clinics to not only help athletes refine and improve their strokes, turns and starts, but to also learn and understand the fundamentals of how to effectively move through the water.

Summer Stroke Clinics
6-10 yrs & 9-12 yrs
This program is open to all swimmers looking to work on stroke technique and refinement while building a level of fitness. Classes will focus on all four competitive strokes, turns and starts. Each week is designed with a different stroke focus! Sign up for one or sign up for all!










American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification
In this course you will learn about teamwork, rescue and surveillance skills, First Aid, and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer along with other important skills necessary to work as a professional lifeguard. Successful completion results in a 2-year American Red Cross Certification in Lifeguarding which includes First Aid/CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer. A minimum of 3 participants needed. Prerequisites
• At least 15 years old as of last day of class
• Able to swim at least 200 yds. continuously using front crawl and breast stroke with rotary breathing
• Able to tread water for 2 minutes with legs only
• Able to retrieve a 10-pound object from a depth of 7-10 feet
Full Certification : $395
Recertification: $195
A $50 deposit is due at the time of booking. Cancellations require at least 1 week advance notice for a refund, less a 5% cancellation fee.
