Training Environment
Children ages 10 and under participate in tennis training on courts that are three-quarters the size of standard tennis courts. This adjusted playing area is designed to suit younger players and facilitate skill development at an appropriate level.
Instructional Focus
The program emphasizes ball control, teaching children how to aim, manage speed, and apply spin to the ball. Instruction is delivered through game-based methods, which help students learn basic competitive tennis concepts in an engaging and practical way.
Progression Opportunities
Once players demonstrate consistent proficiency in these foundational skills, they become eligible to participate in USTA Orange Ball Tournaments. This provides an opportunity for young athletes to test their abilities in a competitive setting and continue their development in the sport.
